Missing important event

U23 Africa is missing.....its like missing a penalty in a final. It hurts quality. There is a number of events that should be at least present for each soccer confederation. This is one of them. Reporting inferior divisions in Taiwan and missing this one shows lack of consistency in data. Lack of hierarchy. Messing small leagues with Liga and Bundesliga is just spaghetti thinking.....no structure....no efficient filtering....
